This vintage Art Deco black silk soutache cape cloak dates from the 1920s. It is made of a black silk crepe and satin fabric, with black silk soutache work in a swirling circular design done along the bottom half. This fabulous full floor length cape style cloak has a fold over collar lapel, with a satin trimmed front opening, and no closure or arm holes. It is fully lined in black silk. The cape measures 45 inches long, with a 26 inch neck, and 66 inch bottom circumference. This elegant evening cloak is in good wearable condition, with only some faint age spotting discoloration on the front satin trim and collar. It has not been cleaned. This is a great piece of Art Deco wearable art.
