antique Victorian era white soutache jacket dates from the 1870s.
It is made of a fine quality white linen fabric with white raised
soutache work trim done in a scrolling pattern around the neckline
collar and sleeve cuffs. This lovely linen loose fitting swing style
boxy coat jacket has a single crochet covered button front closure
and full bell shaped sleeves. The jacket measures 29 inches long,
with a 55 inch waist, 40 inch bust, 14 inch back and 28 inch wide
sleeve cuff circumference. It is in excellent clean wearable condition.
