Edwardian era mauve silk fleur-de-lis dress gown dates from 1915.
It is made of a dusty rose mauve colored silk jacquard fabric with
a polka dot, fleck, fleur-de-lis, paisley print pattern design.
This stunning sleeveless floor length gown has tiny silk rosette
trim along the side skirt pleating, a gathered scoop neckline, fitted
waist and a separate matching fabric belt with rosette trim on the
front. There are hooks and eyes down the back for closure. It is
fully lined inside the bodice in a cotton fabric. The dress measures
56 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 22 inch waist and 36 inch bust.
It is in good wearable condition, with some faint age spotting discoloration.
