vintage Jantzen ladies black wool bathing swimsuit dates from the
1930s. It is made of a black wool knit fabric with a textured pattern.
This retro ladies bathing suit swimsuit has a backless halter top
style gathered scoop front neckline with adjustable buckle trim,
braided shoulder straps trim, adjustable belted front tie sash,
skort and built in bra cup lining inside. There is a Jantzen diving
girl logo appliquéd on the side skirt and a "Jantzen
Howland D.G. & Co. Bridgeport size 38" label sewn inside.
The swimsuit measures 30 inches long, with 34 inch hips, a 28 inch
waist and 38 inch bust. It is in good wearable condition, with only
a few tiny moth nips on the back. $75 |
