antique Victorian Civil War era quilted striped silk petticoat skirt
dates from the 1860s. It is made of a hand stitched and quilted
black and white striped shiny silk fabric. This wonderful winter
petticoat skirt is linen lined with a polished cotton waistband
missing the back closure. The petticoat measures 37 inches long
with a 24 inch waist. It is in excellent clean wearable condition.
