Edwardian Titanic era white embroidered net rosette dress dates
from 1912. It is made of a sheer white net with tambour embroidery
work done in a floral vine leaf pattern. There are pink silk ribbon
work rosette flower trim sewn around the waist and cream silk ribbon
trim sewn around the bottom skirt. This lovely lace dress has layered
netting, with a draping fabric bodice and several hooks and eyes
for closure on the back. The dress measures 44 inches long, with
36 inch hips, a 26 inch waist and 36 inch bust. It is good clean
wearable condition, with several tiny holes in the net. $250 |
