from the early 1900s. It is made of an ivory color very fine high
quality linen fabric with a silky smooth softness and natural luster
sheen. There are colorful hand embroidered silk thread crewel needlework
floral paisley designs and hand stitched drawn cut work edging accents.
This unique large textile would have been used in an opulent Ottoman
home as a bedcover, tablecloth, wall hanging or shawl. It measures
92 by 60 inches and is in excellent clean useable condition, with
