This vintage men's sequin wool bolero jacket United Costumers Hollywood dates from the 1940s. It is made of a pale yellow cream color wool fabric, with gold metallic and black embroidery soutache work. There are highly decorative gold sequined accents embellishing the front of the jacket and sleeves. This gentlemen's short bolero style Spanish Mexican jacket has an open front with hook & eye closure at the neck and shoulder padding. It is a period costume perhaps used in a western movie and is fully lined in satin with a "United Costumers Hollywood" label sewn inside with the actors name "Dundee" which could have been for Jimmie Dundee and stamped inside the arm "TBS Wardrobe". The jacket measures 17 inches long, with a 44 inch chest, 20 inch back and 25 inch long sleeves. It is in good clean wearable condition, with only a few missing sequins. This could easily be worn today by a man or women as a unique one of a kind decorative jacket.
