dates from 1900. It is made of a jacquard hand loomed woven wool
done in strong vivid vibrant colors of red, orange, brown, blue,

This stunning shawl has exquisite workmanship and detail. It has
been beautifully made into a long floor length cloak style cape,
with a large fluffy dyed black fox fur collar, smocking gathers
around the shoulders, hook and eye closure on the neck and is fully

Scotland and were popular during the mid to late 1800s with at least

as 'kirking' (church) shawls and were worn to church on the first
Sunday after the wedding and then used again at christenings. The
cape measures 38 inches long, with a 28 inch neck and is 100 inches
