from the roaring 1920s. It is made of a radiant red velvet fabric
with decorative embroidered striped stitching designs. There is
an Art Deco circular chain link silver beaded appliqué trim
sewn along the front. This fabulous Art Deco cloche style form fitting
flapper hat has a rolled flap front brim and is fully lined in red
silk. The hat measures 22 inches inside circumference and is in
