This
Edwardian era antique silk moiré ribbon pink bonnet bed hat
dates from 1910. It is made of a colorful pastel water silk taffeta
moiré ribbon fabric with a floral print pattern and pink
silk ribbon trim accents. This loose fitting bonnet style bed hat
has pink silk ribbon ties for securing under the chin, pink silk
triangle appliquéd trim sewn onto the sides and a gathered
back. It is all hand stitched and would have been worn at night
to keep ones hair from mussing up while they slept. The bonnet measures
18 inches around the front opening and is 15 inches deep. It is
