antique Edwardian era brown net toque hat dates from 1918. It is
made of a dark brown silk fabric covered with layered strips of
sheer brown woven horse hair straw. There is ruched brown silk woven
ribbon trim decorating the hat and a gold rhinestone feather pin
accent on the front. This stunning asymmetrical toque style brimless
early cloche hat is fully lined in a black silk fabric, with a "Mary's
Millinery & Specialty Shop Bristol, Conn." label sewn inside.
The hat measures 23 inches inside circumference and is in excellent
