It is made of a sheer loose open weave black straw, with pink pleated silk petals and red velvet stamen center flowers decorating the crown. This sensational "Southern Belle" summertime sun cartwheel style hat has a wide brim with a flower trim underneath, a small low crown and black velvet ribbon hatband trim. The hat measures 52 inches in circumference outside the brim and 20 inches inside crown circumference. It is in excellent wearable condition. $75 |
