antique Sterling silver Taxco Mexico signed pin brooch dates from
the 1950s. It is marked Sterling 925 Taxco and signed on the back
with the initials H.L. William Spratling discovered the potential
talent in the locals of Taxco Mexico and motivated the community
artisans to create designs and rediscover the craft of silversmithing.
This beautiful etched floral brooch pin has a C-clasp closure on
back and measures 1 1/2 by 1 1/2 inches square. It is in good condition.
