It is hand made of a pink linen fabric, with blue, white cotton appliqué embroidery work and drawn cutwork done in a floral medallion pattern design.

This vintage Peer Nities hand made Porto Rico pink linen embroidered nightgown dates from the 1920s. It is hand made of a pink linen fabric, with blue, white cotton appliqué embroidery work and drawn cutwork done in a floral medallion pattern design. This beautiful boudoir nightgown is loose fitting, a long floor length, with a V front blue trim neckline, short flared cap sleeves and an adjustable attached belted back tie sash. The nightgown is a large size measuring 53 inches long, with a 56 inch bust, 64 inch waist and 64 inch hips. It is in good unworn condition and still has the original paper tag "Peer Nities Hand Made in Porto Rico" attached on the back. There are a few faint stains from storage and has not been laundered. This is truly a wonderful piece of fine quality hand made wearable lingerie art!
