It is made of an off white cream color cotton linen sturdy strong hand made cluny bobbin lace with a geometric, pointed wheatears, wheel pattern design and connecting braided meshwork brides.

This antique Edwardian era cream cluny bobbin lace peplum blouse shirt top dates from 1905. It is made of an off white cream color cotton linen sturdy strong hand made cluny bobbin lace with a geometric, pointed wheatears, wheel pattern design and connecting braided meshwork brides. This beautiful blouse has a high neck lace collar, long full sleeves with tapered fitted cuffs, a linen fabric peplum skirted bottom hem, hook closures down the back and is fully lined in a sheer Swiss dot tulle net fabric inside. The top measures 17 inches long, 24 inches long with the additional skirted bottom, a 38 inch bust, 28 inch waist, 23 inch long sleeves, 14 inch back and 16 inch neck. It is in good as-is condition, with a few small breaks in the lace and has not been cleaned, with several small faint discoloration stains scattered. This is truly a wonderful piece of antique textile lace wearable art!
