This vintage Art Deco sheer black lace batwing bias cut evening gown Gothic dress dates from the 1930s. It is made of a sheer black net lace fabric, with a floral vine leaf pattern design. This gorgeous goth gown has a form fitting bias cut, is a long floor length, with batwing flared sleeves which have open slits along the arms and come to a point at the fitted button cuffs, a key hole opening on the front neckline, no side opening closure and is sheer completely unlined. The dress is a large size measuring 60 inches long, with a 42 inch bust, 36 inch waist, 42 inch hips, 27 inch long sleeves and 13 inch back seam between the shoulders. It is in good as-is condition, needing some minor restoration, with a scattering of small frayed holes, breaks in the net lace (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable lace textile art!
