This vintage blue embroidered flowers black silk jersey maxi evening gown dress dates from the 1940s. It is made of a black silk jersey knit fabric, with a sheer black top embellished with tiny embroidered baby blue flowers. This beautiful black evening gown maxi dress is a long floor length, with wrap front neckline, gathered shoulders, short sleeves, a peplum side skirt drape, side zipper closure and is fully lined with a black slip lining sewn inside. The dress is a large size measuring 60 inches long, with a 44 inch bust, 36 inch waist, 46 inch hips and 17 inch back. It is in good as-is condition, with a few faint small stains on the skirt, a small open seam on the back skirt and under one arm (see close-up).
