This vintage Edwardian era white cotton organdy ruffled fichu belted dress tea gown dates from 1915. It is made of a sheer white cotton organdy fabric with layered rows of ruffles on the skirt. This charming colonial inspired dress is a long tea length, with a fichu style shawl collar wrap front neckline, long sleeves with ruffled cuffs, a belted sash waist, snap closures on the side, waist, a full ruffled skirt and is lined inside the top only in a sheer white net fabric camisole with hook closures down the front. The dress measures 47 inches long, with a 36 inch bust, 25 inch waist, 44 inch hips, 22 inch long sleeves and a 12 inch back. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
