It is made of an ecru beige color sheer tulle net fabric with off white cream color tambour embroidery work of a floral vine leaf lace pattern design.

This vintage ecru beige tulle net tambour embroidery lace drop waist dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of an ecru beige color sheer tulle net fabric with off white cream color tambour embroidery work of a floral vine leaf lace pattern design. This lovely loose fitting, drop waist style dress has gathered shoulders, long tapered sleeves, a short flared full skirt with ruched gathering on the front and is sheer, unlined. The dress measures 36 inches long, with a 36 inch bust, 30 inch waist, 36 inch hips, 22 inch long sleeves and a 13 inch back seam. It is in fair as-is condition needing restoration or could be upcycled, remade, used for design, with a large frayed hole on the back top (see close-up). This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable lace art!
