This vintage amazing Art Deco black velvet silver studded beaded fringe flapper blouse top dates from the 1920s. It is made of a black silk velvet fabric, with steel gray, crystal and silver metal studs beadwork done in an abstract scrolling spiral floral leaf design along the yoke neckline backed on a black sheer silk chiffon fabric and beaded fringe hanging down the back. This fabulous flapper dress blouse top has a loose fitting, sleeveless style which comes to a V point on the bottom, has a sexy low plunging V back with beaded necklace strands of fringe trim attached on the shoulders and hanging loosely down the back. The top measures 30 inches long in the front and back, 20 inches long on the sides, with a 36 inch bust and 32 inch waist. It is in good condition, with only a few loose missing beads and appears to have been cut along the bottom with some fraying and needing a hem sewn in. This is truly a beautiful piece of wearable Art Deco beaded textile art!
