This vintage black net tambour embroidery lace tabard high slit chemise shift dress dates from the 1920s. It is made of a sheer black tulle net fabric, with tambour embroidery work done in a floral vine leaf design and Greek key meander decorative border pattern. This lovely lace chemise tabard style shift dress is loose fitting, has open cut out split panels stitched together at the waist, with high slits along the skirt sides, sleeveless and is sheer, unlined. The dress measures 38 inches long, with a 36 inch bust, 32 inch waist and 36 inch hips. It is in excellent condition. This is truly an exquisite piece of wearable lace art!
