Vintage Diane Imports Hong Kong Black Silk Lace Cutwork Cocktail Dress & Coat
This vintage Diane Imports Hong Kong black silk lace cutwork cocktail dress and coat dates from the 1960s. It is made of a black silk rayon blend fabric with embroidery cutwork Chinese coin pattern a symbol of wealth from the Eight Precious Things of good fortune. This lovely lace two piece cocktail outfit includes a sheath style short, sleeveless dress with a back zipper closure and is fully lined. The dress measures 37 inches long, with a 38 inch bust, 32 inch waist and 38 inch hips. There is a matching long mid length full coat jacket with open front, no closure, 3/4 length sheer cutwork sleeves and is fully lined. The coat measures 30 inches long, with a 40 inch bust, 40 inch waist, 15 inch back and 14 inch long sleeves. There is a "Custom Made For Diane Imports In Hong Kong" label size 12 tag sewn inside. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful quality custom made piece of wearable art!
