This Edwardian era antique Brussels princess bobbin tape lace applique white net dress dates from 1910. It is made of an off white cream color sheer fine net tulle fabric with handmade fancy princess lace, battenburg tape lace, duchesse and mixed Brussels bobbin lace done in an appliqued spiraling floral vine leaf pattern design, with a Point de Gaze Rose Point needle lace medallion on the front top. This lovely lace dress is a long floor length with a fitted lace trimmed drawstring waist, 3/4 length full sleeves, is missing the back closures and is sheer, unlined. The dress measures 53 inches long, with a 34 inch bust, 24 inch waist and 36 inch hips. It is in good as-is condition, with only a few tiny frayed holes. This is truly an exquisite piece of antique lace bridal wedding wearable art.
