This amazing antique Art Deco floral gold lamé black silk chiffon shawl dates from the 1920s. It is made of a colorful silk background, with pink and red roses flowers, green leaves and gold metallic lamé threads woven into the fabric. There is a black sheer silk chiffon border edging and framing the entire fabric square. This magnificent square shawl is reversible and measures 44 by 44 inches. It is in excellent wearable condition, with only a few tiny pulls in the lamé fabric center which is difficult to see. This is truly a rare piece of exceptional wearable Art Deco textile art.
