This vintage green gabardine long swing coat jacket dates from the 1940s. It is made of a hunter forest green gabardine wool heavy quality fabric. This sensational swing style long loose fitting boxy coat jacket has a full wide cut, a small collar, shoulder padding, gathers around the shoulders and back, long full sleeves with rolled cuffs and three fabric covered buttons for closure on the front. It is fully lined. This quality made winter coat measures 45 inches long, with 55 inch hips, waist, a 46 inch bust, 19 inch back and 23 inch long sleeves. It is in good wearable condition, with only two small faint stains near the front opening (see bottom photo for close-up). There is some discoloration fade on the bottom inside lining. $100 |
