This antique Victorian era blue red plaid wool winter petticoat skirt dates from the 1890s. It is made of a blue and red check pattern plaid fabric, with a red wool knit crochet lace trim edging along the bottom hemline. This wonderful winter petticoat skirt has a blue denim waistband with hook & eye closure on the back. The petticoat measures 35 inches long, with a 24 inch waist. It is in excellent clean wearable condition and looks to have never been worn. It could easily be worn out today as a skirt.
