This antique Victorian era black white pleated silk neck ruffle lappet collar dates from 1880s. It is made of a finely pleated and gathered black silk chiffon fabric with white piping trim edging. This beautiful boa ruffled neck collar stole has long lappet panels draping down the front which can be used as a tie closure. The collar measures 18 inches long, with 29 inch long ties on each end. It is in excellent wearable condition and is a wonderful piece of wearable art.
