This gorgeous garden party drop waist dress is loose fitting, has a scoop neckline, short cap sleeves, a ruffled bottom skirt and shoulder snap closures. The dress measures 44 inches long, with 42 inch hips, a 38 inch waist and bust. It is in good wearable condition, with only a few tiny holes in the chiffon. This is a wonderful piece of wearable art.
