This antique Victorian inspired blue satin short corset girdle is a remake of a 1900 era corset, but was created in the 1940s perhaps for a theater or movie production. It is made of a light blue ice color silk satin fabric, with white lace ruffle trim edging the top and pink silk ribbon bow accents on the top and bottom front opening. This lovely lingerie short style corset girdle waist cincher has a front and back laced closure, 20 boned stays sewn inside and comes with the original long blue satin corset string laces for lacing up the back, but is missing the front lacing closure. The corset measures 12 inches long, with a 27 inch adjustable waist. It is in good wearable condition.
