This antique Edwardian era white eyelet batiste lawn lace wedding dress dates from 1910. It is made of a sheer fine white cotton batiste lawn fabric, with embroidered eyelet cut work and valenciennes French bobbin lace. There are raised padded satin stitch embroidered flowers, with cobweb centers. This lovely lace long floor length dress has a high neck collar lace yoke neckline, 3/4 length sleeves with lace trim edging, a loose fitting style with no set in waistband and hooks & eyes down the back for closure. The dress measures 59 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 28 inch waist, 40 inch bust and 15 inch back. It is in excellent clean wearable condition. This is a wonderful piece of romantically feminine Edwardian antique textile art which could be worn as a wedding gown or graduation dress. $200 |
