This pair of vintage brown silk embroidered dragon pajamas lounge set dates from the 1950s. It is made of a brown silk satin fabric, with colorful silk raised padded satin stitch embroidery work of Chinese dragons. Included is a lovely two piece lingerie lounging set with a matching robe and pants. The loose fitting jacket style robe top has an open front with no closure, fully lined, long full sleeves, and embroidered dragons on the front and back. The robe measures 27 inches long, with a 44 inch waist and bust. There are loose fitting pants which are fully lined, with embroidered dragons on the leg cuffs and an elastic waistband. The pants measure 35 inches long, with a 22 inch inseam, 56 inch hips and a 40 inch waist. This lovely lounging pajama set is in excellent clean wearable condition and is a wonderful piece of wearable Oriental Asian art which could easily be worn out today.
