This exquisite antique Victorian era white drawnwork lace bodice blouse dates from 1890. It is beautifully hand stitched, made of an off white cream color sheer drawnwork lace, with drawn threads from a linen fabric done in a repeating geometric starburst pattern. This lovely lace bodice blouse top is sheer and unlined, has a fitted style, high neck collar, gathered shoulders, long tapered sleeves, with hooks and eyes along the front side for closure. The blouse measures 17 inches long, with a 22 inch waist, 32 inch bust, 12 inch back, 12 inch neck and 21 inch long sleeves. It is in excellent clean wearable condition and is a wonderful piece of wearable lace art. $100 |
