This vintage black silk crepe peplum skirt flower trim dress dates from the 1940s. It is made of a black silk crepe fabric, with a large white silk flower and green silk trim cascading down the side hip. This long floor length elegant evening gown dress has a V front neckline, shoulder padding, cap sleeves, a fitted peplum skirted waist, with front slit skirt and side zipper closure. There is an "Original Marberl of California" designer label sewn inside. The dress measures 61 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 24 inch waist and 36 inch bust. It is in good wearable condition, with only a tiny pin hole in the skirt. $150 |
