This Victorian era antique teal blue green ostrich feather neck boa collar dates from 1900. It is made of a teal blue green and white full fluffy ostrich feathers. There are teal color silk braided rope cord and knotted fringed tassels hanging down from each end. This beautiful boa, neck collar style small stole measures 23 inches long, with additional 10 inch long tassels on the ends. It is in good wearable condition, with only some slight feather molting. A rare color combination.
