This vintage Le Mieux silk beaded flapper dress evening gown dates from the 1980s. It is made of a sheer black silk chiffon fabric background, with iridescent sequins, silver and bronze beading done in a floral vine leaf scroll work, star pattern design. This fabulous flapper dress elegant evening gown has a 1920s Art Deco inspired style with a plunging V front neckline, beaded shoulder straps, long floor length layered tiered skirt cut higher in the front and longer in the back. It is fully lined in black silk, with a "Le Mieux Paris Roma Geneva" label and size medium tag sewn inside. The dress measures 50 inches long in the front, 60 inches long in the back, with 40 inch hips, a 38 inch waist and bust. It is in excellent wearable condition, with only a few missing beads on one shoulder strap. $100 |
