This vintage Art Deco gold sequin beaded shawl collar capelet dates from the 1930s. It is made of a sheer fine white net, with hand sewn gold metallic sequin beading done in an Art Deco abstract scrolling geometric pattern design. This beautiful beaded sequin large shawl style collar short cape capelet has a rounded design, open front, with no closure and is lined in a white net backing. The collar measures 54 inches in circumference, with a 19 inch neck and is 8 inches wide. It is in good wearable condition, with only a few missing loose sequins off the trim edging.
