This vintage red and white organdy shawl collar bias cut dress dates from the 1930s. It is made of a sheer red and white organdy fabric, with an abstract pattern blowing blades of grass movement design. This beautiful bias cut dress has a rounded scoop neckline, sleeveless, with an attached large flounce pleated ruffle shawl style collar capelet, side snap closure and long floor length full skirt with ruche pleated gathering midway down. The dress measures 58 inches long, with 38 inch hips, a 30 inch waist and 38 inch bust. It is in excellent wearable condition, with only faint underarm discoloration. This is a wonderful piece of wearable textile art with a great graphic print.
