This vintage pink silk taffeta blue beaded bow gown dress dates from the 1940s. It is made of a pale pastel pink silk taffeta fabric, with a pale turquoise blue beaded bow applique design down the the front, along the sleeve sides and around the bottom skirt. There is blue beaded trim sewn around the neckline and sleeve cuffs. This pretty pink formal gown long floor length dress has a scoop front neckline, plunging V back, gathered short puffy sleeves and side zipper closure. The dress measures 57 inches long, with 36 inch hips, a 30 inch waist, 36 inch bust and 14 inch back. It is in good wearable condition, with only a small fray along the front waist seam and a tiny faint red lipstick mark on the front neckline (see close-up).
