This antique Edwardian era white lace silk ribbon ruffle wedding dress dates from 1905. It is made of a sheer off white ivory color net lace trim inserts, with cream color silk ribbon trim inserts creating a striped design pattern. This beautiful bridal wedding gown dress has a high neck collar, layered ruffle shoulder flounce, 3/4 length sleeves with ruffles, a fitted waist, with hook & eye closure down the back. It is beautifully constructed, fully lined in white silk, with a Griffin "S" Shield Coat of Arms label sewn inside the waistband. The dress measures 56 inches long, with a 22 inch waist, 34 inch bust and 14 inch back. It is in excellent wearable condition. This is a wonderful piece of romantically feminine Edwardian bridal wedding antique textile lace art.
