This vintage pewter silver metal mesh chain mail halter top dates from the 1980s. It is made of a dark gray pewter silver metallic metal mesh woven linked chain mail which has an iridescent spectrum array of rainbow colors. There are black leather adjustable tie straps for securing around the back and neck. This sexy shiny retro Disco style halter top has a neck strap, is backless, with a draping plunging low V front neckline and comes to a point on the bottom front, with black felt trim inside the side edging for comfort. There is no label tag, but was manufactured by the Whiting & Davis which is a Massachusetts based company and has been the major supplier of wholesale mesh material to designers all over the world for the past century. The triangle top measures 20 inches across the top and 11 inches along the sides, with a 9 inch V bottom. It is in excellent wearable condition.
