This vintage chartreuse green floral silk embroidered piano shawl dates from the 1920s. It is made of a pastel chartreuse celadon green color silk fabric background, with machine made raised padded satin stitch embroidery work done in a pastel matching green color decorative floral vine leaf pattern design. There is a hand knotted green silk fringe which measures 13 inches long surrounding the entire shawl. The shawls fabric square measures 52 by 52 inches. This beautiful Art Deco Spanish Flamenco style shawl is in excellent wearable condition and is a wonderful piece of wearable textile art.
