It is made of a white cotton batiste waistband top and a white hand knit bottom skirt, with decorative twig tree branch style stitching encircling it and crochet lace trim edging along the hemline. This wonderful whitework winter petticoat skirt is a long floor length and has an open V back missing the drawstring closure along the waistband. The petticoat measures 35 inches long, with a 34 inch waist. It is in excellent clean wearable condition and is a rare find.
