This antique Victorian era black chantilly lace pleated gathered neck ruffle lappet collar stole dates from 1880s. It is made of a sheer fine black floral leaf circular pattern chantilly lace net fabric with shading highlight details and scalloped edging. The lace around neck has many pleated gathers creating a full ruffle. This beautiful boa ruffled neck collar stole has long lappet lace panels draping down the front which can be used as a tie closure and is lined around the neck in a black silk satin fabric. The collar measures 35 inches long, with 31 inch long ties on each end and is 6 inches in circumference around the neck ruffle. It is in excellent wearable condition and is a wonderful piece of wearable lace art. $150 |
