Vintage 30s Blue Silk Embroidered Asian Dragon Pajamas Lounge Set Robe Pants Top
This vintage blue silk embroidered Asian dragon pajamas lounge set dates from the 1930s. It is made of a royal blue color silk fabric, with silk raised padded satin stitch embroidery work of Chinese dragons done in blue and white. Included in this three piece loose fitting lingerie lounging set is a matching embroidered robe, top and pants. The robe style coat jacket has an open front, with no closure, is a mid hip length, with fold over collar and long full sleeves. The robe measures 28 inches long, with a 40 inch waist, bust, 15 inch back and 23 inch long sleeves. There is a shirt shell, blouse sleeveless top, with a pullover style, V front neckline and heart shaped patch pocket sewn onto the bottom front. The top measures 25 inches long, with a 40 inch waist and bust. There are matching loose fitting pants, with flared, pleated, scalloped bottom cuffs and a V front top elastic back waistband. The pants measure 40 inches long, with a 24 inch inseam, 44 inch hips, a 28 inch waist and 40 inch in circumference cuffs. This lovely lounging pajama set is in excellent wearable wearable condition, with only a few faint small water spot stains on the top. It is a wonderful piece of wearable Oriental Asian art which could easily be worn out today!
