This antique Edwardian era white Broderie Anglaise eyelet lace lawn graduation dress dates from 1910. It is hand stitched, made of a fine white cotton batiste lawn fabric, with pleating, whitework needlework, Broderie Anglaise, embroidered eyelet cut work, drawn work and valenciennes French bobbin lace inserts. This lovely lace long floor length dress has a rounded high front neckline, scalloped edging open back, 3/4 length sleeves and hook & eye closures down the back. The dress is a large size, measuring 51 inches long, with 40 inch hips, a 30 inch waist, 40 inch bust and 19 inch back. It is in excellent clean wearable condition. This is a wonderful piece of romantically feminine Edwardian antique textile art which could be worn as a wedding gown or graduation dress!
