This vintage purple plush velvet mod disco pimp leisure suit belted suit jacket and pants date from the 1970s. It is made of a dark purple grape color plush crushed velvet velveteen fabric, with silver chrome metal accents. This groovy retro men's disco leisure suit has a mid length coat jacket, with a wide lapel collar, two large patch pockets, belted waist and snap closures. It is fully lined in a quilted purple nylon fabric lining inside. The jacket is quite heavy weighing about 4 pounds and measures 31 inches long, with a 38 inch waist, 40 inch chest, 16 inch back and 24 inch long sleeves. Included are matching fabric trouser pants, with full leg cuffs, belt loops and zipper, hook closures. The pants measures 40 inches long, with a 30 inch inseam, 36 inch hips and a 32 inch waist. This marvelous men's mod disco outfit is in good wearable condition, with only a small faint age spot stain on the back pant.
