This Edwardian era vintage cream tambour embroidery lace ribbon work wedding bodice blouse dates from 1910. It is made of an off white cream color sheer net tambour embroidery fabric, with cut drawn work, lace, tiny rosette trim applique's and silk ribbon work woven lattice work design inserts. This beautiful bridal bodice blouse top was custom made and has a fitted high collar lace neckline, a puffed pouter pigeon front, long full blousy billowing bishop style sleeves, with fitted lace button trim cuffs, a fitted waist and hook & eye closures down the back. It is fully lined in a sheer silk fabric and expertly made with wonderful workmanship and details. The blouse measures 20 inches long, with a 26 inch waist, 36 inch bust, 14 inch back and 24 inch long sleeves. It is in excellent wearable condition, with only a tiny faint age spot on the sleeve. This is truly an extraordinary piece of wearable wedding bridal antique lace art!
