This vintage Edwardian era white embroidered net lace graduation wedding dress dates from 1910. It is made of a sheer fine white net, with raised padded satin stitch embroidery work, pleating and lace trim details. This lovely lace long floor length dress has a squared neckline, pleated bib front, draping shoulder sleeve overlay, with 3/4 length sleeves, lace ruffle trim cuffs, a layered tiered bottom skirt and snaps down the back for closure. It is sheer and unlined, with a "Bellas Hess & Co. New York City, NY" store label sewn inside. The dress measures 54 inches long, with a 24 inch waist, 34 inch bust and 12 inch back. It is in good wearable condition, with only a few small holes in the net skirt and a small faint age spot stain on the back top. The original silk ribbon sash belt is missing and a new blue ribbon has been added. This is a wonderful piece of romantically feminine Edwardian antique textile art which could be worn as a wedding gown or graduation dress!
