This antique Edwardian era black silk taffeta soutache lace trim cropped bolero bodice jacket dates from 1910. It is made of a black silk taffeta fabric, with black silk raised braid soutache work trim and ecru lace edging. There are four large colorful beaded button trim accents sewn onto the front. This beautiful bolero bodice cropped jacket has a pleated shoulder overlay, with short puffy full sleeves and a open front with no closure. The jacket measures 16 inches long, with a 34 inch waist, 34 inch bust and 14 1/2 inch back. It is in good wearable condition, with only some fraying of the inside white silk lining under the arms (see close-up).
